We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order in various settings, including hotels, commercial facilities, and private residences. Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and private spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guests or clients.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards at all times to ensure a healthy environment.
- Follow established procedures for industrial cleaning or janitorial tasks as required in commercial or large-scale facilities.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control and scheduling.
Experience:
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Hotel or hospitality industry experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with floor care techniques such as stripping, waxing, or polishing is a plus.
- Background in industrial cleaning or large-scale custodial operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
